In our professional lives, we are confronted to an uncertain world that is rife with contradictions and conflicts. Everyone defends their own interests. What some call "good faith" will be regarded as "bad faith" by others.

Consider situations in which you find your wishes differing from those of another person. How do you usually respond to such situations.

Following are several pairs of statements describing possible behavioral responses. For each pair, choose statement which is most characteristic of your own behavior.

In many cases neither both statement may be typical of your behavior, but please select the response that you would be more likely to use.
